Craft Spa!

Hello friends

Yesterday I took part in a Craft Spa in London's Covent Garden -
something very different and organised by a publicity company
and the publishers of Paperhearts and Summer Kisses.
The paperback is now out and available from Amazon,
book stores and supermarkets!

It was a craft event with spa treatments to enhance all the
wonderful therapeutic benefits of crafting.
I think us seasoned crafters know a bit of crafting is always relaxing :)

Sit down comfortably...here are the photos!

First up - Carole and I arriving at the venue.

My boys were invited too - they scrubbed up well!

Some of the decorations/props brought in to decorate the venue.

I taught a couple of workshops making the #Paperhearts card.

Very special cupcakes!

And I received a super special gift from Carole -
a gorgeous bag with the book cover design,
perfectly created by Hayley Butcher - she creates the most amazing bags!

And the cat who got moved from the front cover of the book to the spine
was placed on the back of the bag - looks so much like Pixel!

And we ended off the event with a tasty lunch and a little drop of wine!

It was very exciting and honestly I feel like I could do with a couple of days to
recover but no...off to City job today!  Good job I sleep on the commute.

Finally if you would still like to get your hands on a #Paperhearts card kit,
there's just a handful left and the link is here.

Take care friends, please stop by tomorrow for Friday Die Day.
