Roman Trellis with a contemporary twist

Hello friends

Today it's Roman Trellis.
A two piece die set from the Renaissance collection.

I've chosen to give it a contemporary twist by reinserting fallout pieces
in different colours.
Takes a little longer but I think worth it!

You can use this technique with many dies and there's no need to fill
every space, just pick out the shapes you like the most.
Also...I know I say it often...a good way to use up those scraps!

Huge thanks to those who have purchased this month's charity kit -
down to the last couple!
They've all been posted out so should be with you in the next day or two.

Back in a bit...definitely going to tackle that garden..soon!

  4. Hi Christine,
What a cool card, it looks totally different with the coloured pieces inserted in the spaces. I'm thinking that I need to try and get into my craft room (used as a storage place while I've been decorating and laying new carpet) and look out my new die to give this a try :)
