Hello friends
I'm revisiting a favourite heart card today, it features
a Die D-Lite set - Heart and Flutter.
Probably one of the best value and delightful Die D-Lites I have!
from Lawn Fawn - Sweater Weather.
I've cut a strip narrower than my card front.
I've held both temporarily in place with removable tape.
I cut it create the aperture.
I then removed the patterned paper, attached 3D Foam Squares to the reverse.
I die cut a tag (Back to Basics Tags), stamped a sentiment and tied twine.
I placed the patterned paper with the tag and twine back in position and affixed down.
The red die cut heart is inserted through the aperture and glued into place.
show in Birmingham later this month.
Enjoy your Saturday and please stop by tomorrow -
announcing this month's Charity Kit.
Take care friends.
Love the design of this lovely card Christine, thanks Ann

ReplyDeleteHi Christine, I love the look of this card, CAS and very effective. I will need to re-read your 'How to' to grasp how you have done it haha, a 'senior' thing.

Hi Christine,
ReplyDeleteWhat a stunner! A beautiful card and a really nice die as well. I've just ordered some alphabet dies so that's it for this month for me. After next month I'll have a bit more spare cash so I'm hoping to stock up as |I still don't have the Woodland series and really want to get the fox, acorns, mushrooms and owl from the set. I'm looking forward to the charity card and have my fingers crossed that it isn't a Valentine as I wouldn't have any use for one. Knowing me I'll get one even if it is though as I loved the Christmas one last year. Enjoy the rest of the weeken d.
