It's A Match!

Hello friends

Today sharing with you a project using the Perfect Match Contour die.
This is one of Spellbinders steel rule dies so is thicker format and works
through machines like the Platinum.  It is also A4 so a larger machine is required.
I decorated the matchbox with some ribbon and Flower Play and Sprigs die cuts.

A stamped label inserted under the flower and pearls are the finishing touches.

These are so handy for little gifts.
The finished boxes measure approx. 3.25" x 2.5" -
room enough for some chocolates!

The same matchbox was included in March's Charity Kit and teamed with
Ferns and Pretty Petals.

There is still a couple of March's kits left - rare but true!
If you missed it the link is here.

I'm having a busy Sunday working on projects in my cabin -
what are you up to?
Take care friends.

  1. Hi Christine.
A very pretty little box Thank You.
Christine Thank you for the tip on board leveling it worked a treat.
It is raining and sleet here today so it will be after lunch crafting.
Take care and have fun Kitty.
Ps I just wish they had made the Grand calibur boards for the platinum and the big shot.

  2. Hi Christine
Love the little boxes, it's so nice to be able to personalise little gifts. If the rain and sleet holds off today I'm gardening, I have a little laurel hedge to plant. Then cleaning the car, we have a funeral on Monday and I would hate to arrive in a dirty car.

  3. Hi Christine
I agree with you ,handmade little boxes do make small gifts special.
As for today, the workmen arrive soon to install my new bedroom furniture so I am packing clothes and all my bits and bobs to clear the room. The challenge will be to remember were everything is in case I need it.
A question, the lovely card used to make this month's charity kit. I thought it very beautiful and would like to obtain a supply for my cards. Can you help please.
    Best wishes to all
    Linda
