A Rehash of Heart and Flutter

Hello friends

Today a card that is a rehash!
I created a similar card to this one some time back and enjoyed making it
so thought I would recreate it using different colours.

The die set used is Heart and Flutter - a die D-Lite.
I start by sticking a panel of patterned paper to the front left hand side
of my card.  Open out the card, position the heart centrally
and die cut the aperture.

The Heart and the Flutter is cut from red cardstock,
insert the heart through the front aperture to affix -
ensures exact alignment.

Tied twine around with a stamped tag.
And don't forget the all important butterfly!

Here it is in a different colour....

It's interesting to visit previous projects and rehash them.

Take care friends, back very soon.

  3. Lovely card, just as nice as the original.

  4. Hi Christine,
How different both cards look just by using different papers. This is a great design.

  5. Morning Christina,
    Lovely second card too.

  6. Good morning Christine
A lovely card today. I like the idea of using the aperture to display the heart on the inside. I like to revisit older cards too, you never get the same card twice due to changes in papers or colour combinations. Even my batch made cards look different. I tend to tweek them!
    Enjoy your day

  7. Hi Christine,
A couple of very pretty cards today. I don't have that exact die set but I do have quite a nice heart and LOADS of difference butterflies to chose from, so I think I'm going to be giving this a try quite soon.

  10. Hi Christine, yes this card is so pretty and well worth a rehash. It's really very effective and the inside of the card is already decorated when opened so no extra work needs to be done...brilliant. x
