Mirror Mirror!

Hello friends

Sharing a thank you tag today that I made for one of my demo sample books.
It features Swallowtail Pennants (Amazing Paper Grace Collection)

and also the Bow Helpers and Closures.
These are rather nifty dies that interlock.

I've used gold mirror card - I'm becoming rather partial to mirror card recently,
there was a time I passed it by but loving how the emboss detail comes through.

I've layered the Swallowtail Pennants (5 dies in the set so lots of tag options)
and used the same white card to cut Sprigs.

The little flowers are from an old die (Homespun set)
I keep this permanently on my desk as I love it!

So now thinking those closure dies would work well to replicate belts,
buckles, go across envelopes maybe - I can feel some experimenting coming on!

Take care friends.

  7. Hi Christine, These dies are great, ideal for the pennants, interesting shapes too. I think they would be great for 'belly bands' for your chocolate wrappers too.
Lots of love from Patricia xx

  9. Hi Christine,
Geez...my IE is playing up and the only way I can post a comment to you is by using Google Chrome! Anyway, here I am and I love the new dies. The closures look very useful indeed. At the moment I'm having to put my die buying on hold as I'm saving up for one of the Really Useful storage cabinets. It's pricey and will take a few months to get there but I think it's going to be well worth it as I'll be able to get rid of all the cardboard boxes I'm using to hold everything right now lol. Hopefully along the way I'll have a few extra quid to pick up a die or two along the way though, I'm still after a couple from your website...and of course I'll be watching out for each month's charity kit :)
