Is it a card or....?

Hello friends

Something a little different today, is it a card or....?
Well - it is a card but it is also a gift card holder.
I selected a piece of patterned paper for the front of the card,
trimmed the right hand size more than the left and used the
top section of a die (Sapphire Label 2 Plus) to partially cut
to create the place to slide in a gift card.
On the reverse I positioned foam tape to ensure the gift card 
had a 'channel' to slide into - hope that makes sense.


I then used Oval Tag and Labels 2 Plus to decorate the front
and yes that little flower again - Elliott keeps ribbing me about using the 
little flower so often - can't stop myself!


I typed and die cut the sentiment for the finishing touch.


Easy and a great idea to personalise a card if you are giving a gift card.

Back to city job today, always feel a little strange when I've had time off
but look forward to catching up with my colleagues.

    A lovely idea to personalise gift cards, it makes it a bit more special. I do get the bit about the foam tape to form a channel for the gift card to help it slide in and out easily.
